50 years ago.. RIP MM

Il 5 agosto 1962 ci lasció un'icona degli anni 50.. Marilyn Monroe, il cui vero nome è Norma Jean Baker. Fu ritrovata morta nella sua camera della casa di Brentwood a Los Angeles. Dall'autopsia si dice che la morte fu causata da un overdose di barbiturici allontanando l'idea di un complotto magari da parte della famiglia Kennedy.
Una vita fatta di successi dal punto di vista del cinema. Con i suoi film ha fatto sognare una miriade di uomini e ingelosire altrettante donne. Ne ricordiamo alcuni: "Quando la moglie è in vacanza"(1955) "Gli uomini preferiscono le bionde" (1953), "Come sposare un milionario"(1953), "La magnifica preda" (1954) "a qualcuno piace caldo" (1959) "gli spostati" (1961) "Fermata d'autobus" (1956), "Il principe e la ballerina" (1957) "Facciamo l'amore" (1960),ecc..
Ebbe successo, anche troppo, con gli uomini..Intorno a lei tanti, troppi, amori sbagliati e tormentati: James Dougherty, il figlio di un vicino, suo primo marito a 16 anni, Joe Di Maggio, Arthur Miller, l’attore Yves Montand, e poi prima John e Bob Kennedy.
Ed è proprio basato sulla storia d'amore con Arthur Miller, il film di Simon Curtis uscito il 1 giugno del 2012, 50 anni dopo la nascita dell'attrice, ed interpretato da Michelle Williams.
Nonostante i suoi successi e insuccessi resterà un'incona anche a distanza di anni se non secoli...
Non verrà mai dimenticata.

On August 5 1962 left us an icon of the 50s.. Marilyn Monroe, whose real name is Norma Jean Baker. She was found dead in her room of the house in Brentwood,Los Angeles. The autopsy is said that the death was caused by an overdose of barbiturates, away the idea of a conspiract, maybe from the Kennedy family.
A life full of success in terms of cinema. With her film caught the imagination of a host of many men and jealous of the women. We remeber a name og a few films: "The seven year itch" (1955), "Gentlemen prefere blondes" (1953), "How to marry a Milionaire" (1953), "River of no return" (1954), "Some like it hot" (1959), "The misfits" (1961), "Bus stop" (1956), "The prince and the showgirl" (1957), "Let's make love" (1960), ecc..
She successed,too much, with the men.. Around her, too many,love not right and tormented:  James Dougherty, the son of a neighbor, her husband a 16 years old, Joe di Maggio, Arthur Miller, the actor Yves Montand, and John before and after Bob Kennedy.
And it is based on love affair with Arthur Miller, Simon Curtis's film released on June 1st of 2012, 50 years after the birth of the actress,and starring by Michelle Williams.
Despite her successes and failures will also a incon even after many years if not centuries..
